Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese company specializing in manufacturing. They are actively looking for an Assistant Officer to join Maintenance Sales Team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Make estimates for maintenance parts sales
- Prepare necessary quotations and negotiate with customers
- Update and monitor progress of sales status
- Prepare necessary reports relating to quotation and sales works
- Issue job instructions and other relevant documents for the works
- Assist in developing and maintaining software for sales work
- Co-ordinate with other departments on matters relating to works
- Report to superior on all matters relating to the section
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior
- Keep proper records and filling of works carried out
- Ensure all data and information are kept in confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with the Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution.
The Requirements:
- Basic administrative skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to proficiently create tables and analyze data
