Responsibilities:
· Handle Accounts Receivable
· Timely and accurate processing of invoices to customers
· Submit tax invoices and tax credit notes via customer portal
· Assist in Accounts Payable and payment approval process
· Quarterly billing report to GovTech
· Assist in quarterly and annual forecast - Trade Financing
· Month-end closing for balance sheet schedules, journal adjustment
· Liaise with external auditor for annual billings audit when necessary
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Accounting Field
· 1 to 3 years relevant experiences
· Able to work as a team with minimal supervision
