You will be a part of our Singapore Finance’s Team to support the Group.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Handle full set Accounts including AP/AR/GL/IC (inclusive of receipts/payment/reconciliations)
- Prepare and ensure timely, accurate monthly and yearly report/schedules for management, auditor, and tax agent
- Responsible for inventory control, job costing, stock reconciliation and stock taking
- Responsible for quarterly GST reporting
- Compliance with company policy and all statutory filing/standard e.g. IRAS/ACRA/MAS
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, government agency (if required)
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
- Prepare cash flow forecast, budget, and related information for management
- Safeguard of company/group’s assets
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time
Our ideal candidate requires:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with 3-4 years of full sets work experience
- Knowledge of ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics is preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines to complete tasks diligently
- Mature, meticulous, confident, organised and willingness to learn
Candidates with advantage:
- At least with 3-4 years of full sets work experience
- Prior experience in audit or retail industries is preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Highly detail oriented
