Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including external communications, work assignments, and overall team coordination.
- Lead the team in tackling technical challenges, especially those related to decentralized systems and distributed ledger technologies.
- Take charge of overcoming technical complexities within the team, offering innovative solutions in areas such as secure, transparent, and decentralized digital transactions.
- Lead efforts related to the deployment of advanced IT solutions, ensuring a smooth and effective transition to production environments with a focus on innovative technologies.
- Be responsible for the rapid response and resolution of online issues, employing advanced security measures and staying informed about emerging technologies in the digital financial space.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by higher-level leadership, ensuring their successful completion and alignment with organizational goals, particularly those related to cutting-edge financial technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior IT or technology role, demonstrating a wealth of experience and expertise in innovative financial technologies.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team, allocate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, especially in overcoming technical challenges in the financial technology domain.
- Extensive knowledge of IT deployment processes with a track record of successful implementations in advanced digital financial systems.
- Exceptional response and resolution skills for online incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity in a technology-driven financial landscape.
