What You’ll Do
Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve. You will:
• Reviews portfolio regularly & project space activity
• Measure, monitor, and report cost saving and value added contributions
• Liaison between cross regional space planners, global Space Administrators, and other REF team members
• Advocate for space optimization, make space recommendation to demand and site utilization trends
• Promote the Flex Program, including recommendations based on attendance reports
• Works with sub-region Project Management to help determine scope for project moves planned to occur based on stacking plans / strategy
• Ensures planning is aligned with corporate guidelines, and that all scenarios maximize use of space
• Recommends and enforces space policies/standards, procedures and protocols
• Participate in discussions of design development packages
• Develop relationships with senior leadership within the Lines of business, to respond to needs and requests
• Assist in developing site-specific Planning Strategies and Metro Analysis with Advanced Planning
• Communicate and garner support from LOB’s regarding location, city, country strategies along with sub-region heads
• Supports all efforts to achieve corporate goals and metrics
• Provide superior customer service in all aspects of planning process
• Attends meetings associated with one or more of the following: New Real Estate acquisitions, Major renovations project, Occupancy planning, move, and restacking projects, Leasing activities, Expansion or consolidation projects

• Three (3) to five (5) years working in a Workplace Planning role in a corporate environment
• Oracle Core Competencies: Reliability, Intellect, Quality Orientation, Communication, Customer Orientation (internal Oracle employees), Teamwork, Continuous Learning, Honesty & Integrity and Management
• Able to read and review blueprints
• AutoCAD experience
• Use of e-mail, Excel, and Word
• Very organized and detail oriented
• Great skills in verbal and written communications
• Experience in strategic planning and the ability to apply experience to unusually complex problems
• Ability to adapt in quickly changing environment
• Change Management experience
• Ability to influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels
• Ability to maximize contribution from both external and internal resources
• Knowledge of sustainable design strategies
