Job Specifications:
1. University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
2. Min 3 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management role
3. Experience in the FFCG industry would be an advantage
4. Possess strong communication skills
5. Proactive, result-driven and presentable
6. Analytical minded, effective communication and interpersonal skills
7. Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
8. Proficiency in PC operations
Core Responsibilities:
1. Develop and plan marketing strategies of the assigned brands
2. Plan and implement ATL & BTL activities such as promotional activities, print advertisements, events, point-of-sales marketing etc.
3. Create, direct and monitor product launch thematic, advertising, advertorial, editorial approval and joint promotion with media partners and third parties
4. Co-work with respective trade channels for promotional mechanism, special offers, instore display and POS materials

6. Plan, monitor and review on the marketing budget
7. Plan and execute new product launches
8. Monitor competitor’s activities through print, TVC advertisements and data analysis, as well as current market performance and trends
9. Ensure healthy stock inventory through effective forecasting and demand management
