Job Responsibilities


The incumbent will be responsible for:

1) Assisting the department in attending to internal administrative processes which include onboarding (know-your-client) procedures, preparation of internal approval papers and documentation, as well as collating and preparing material for management reporting.

2) Assisting team members in the execution of investment banking transactions such as initial public offerings, equity capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate advisory engagements for listed and unlisted clients.

3) Carrying out and being involved in, among others, client onboarding, pitching and marketing (which include presentation material preparation), due diligence, industry research, financial modelling, transaction co-ordination with sales channels, business units and external parties, assisting team members in responses to regulators’ queries , and creating and maintaining databases for the department.


Job Requirements

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

· Graduate from a university of business school with background in Finance.

· Excellence in both academic and extra-academic activities.

· Strong analytical and communication skills.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage, as the incumbent would be working with mainland Chinese clients and partners.
