Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful ITSM project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress against established metrics.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
- Monitor and report on project performance, including key performance indicators, milestones, and budget expenditures.
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant
- PMP certification is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in project management, preferably ITSM project implementation experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Have some Power automate workflows / workflow design skills
- ITIL knowledge
