Product Strategy:
- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for credit & services products
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy
- Define target customer segments and value propositions for credit & services products
Product Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, merchandising, solutions, and finance, to develop and enhance credit & services products.
- Define product requirements, features, and user experiences
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ongoing improvements
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats
- Analyze customer feedback and data to iterate on product offerings
- Stay informed about regulatory changes impacting credit & services products
Financial Analysis:
- Manage the financial performance of credit & services products, including pricing, profitability, and revenue targets
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to optimize financial outcomes
Performance Reporting:
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of credit products
- Use data and key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and recommendations
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Strong knowledge of credit and services products
- Proficient in MS Office & Excel
- “O” Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field
