This position is mainly based in Penjuru with periodic deployment to customer sites depending on projects.
Job Description:
- Attend to helpdesk requests and provide 1st level desktop support to all users relating to photocopiers, printers, desktop, Local Area Network, voice services.
- Basic troubleshooting of networking issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
- Printer/MFP setup and support
- Rectify simple IT fault like cleaning of disk drives and jammed laser printers
- Password/account set up and reset, remote access connectivity (e.g. VPN), PBX registration.
- End user training to use photocopiers / printers / IP-PBX Phones/ CCTV
- Hardware/Software inventory documentation
- Monitor daily backup
- Any other matters / projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least NITEC in related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- IT Savvy, good understanding on Windows, Email system, Network Connectivity and basic L1 troubleshooting.
- Possesses good communication skills
- Able to perform in stressful environment
- Experience with Teamviewer or Anydesk
- Class 2B or Class 3 (Manual) license is an advantage
