Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational and project implementation matters.
- Ensure timely login of sales orders and processing for all sales.
- Handle sales login for Key Account customers, including issuance of Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve leadtime issues of equipment and negotiate project prices and payment terms.
- Monitor project status, forecast project risks, and take preventive measures.
- Work closely with the Finance Team on invoicing status and cash flow projections.
- Ensure all suppliers' price books are updated and made available to the sales team.
- Ensure inventory is accounted for and kept to a minimum at all times.
- Record all maintenance contracts in systems and provide information to the Services Sales and Post Sales team.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient sales handover process between project and post-sales.
Job Requirements:
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with order management/supply chain management in a project-based company.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, email, and phone-based communication.
- Good planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
