Roles & Responsibilities
1) To assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day mangement and maintenance of properties and in particular checking on works done by the appointed contractors and supporting staff.
2) To handle any complaints on maintenance matters brought up by the Technicians and to recommend proposals for rectification.
3) To conduct regular meeting with the servicing contractors.
4) To liaise with the subsidiary properietors/tenants and to co-ordinate with solicitors, consultants and contractors for any property and maintenance matters.
5) To ensure timely preparation of budget and to control the maintenance and operation expenditures.
6) To provide information on behalf of the Developer/MC as requested by the subsidiary proprietors.
7) To liaise with Government Authorities on any matters pertaining to building regulations.
8) To work closely with the Engineering Team to upkeep and troubleshoot any property maintenance challenges.
Requirements
1) Diploma in Building Maintenance & Management
2) At least 2 years of relevant experience
3) Knowledge of Building M&E operation.
4) Experience in MCST is preferred.
