Job Responsibilities :
- Handling the settlement of all Private Banking products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits and lombard loan processing etc.
-Familier with the processing of corporate action and manage custodian reconciliation .
- Open deposit account of PB clients and check related documents.
- Cover of the treasuary settlement operations.
(such as FX, MM , Derivative Products, Futures, DTCC, Clearstream Xact Bond and MAS Bills trade)
- To update and manage the customer review database and perform monthly client statements on a timely basis.
- Provide administrative support to the client action and ensure the daily operations are in compliance with the regulatory and internal requirements.
- Review and ensure operational problems are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Banking and Finance or relevant
Discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within treasuary and PB settlement operations.
- Familiar with TAP system and SWIFT payment standard format.
- Good team player and demonstrate ability to learn fast and perform well within minimal supervision.
- Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking headquarter counterparties.
