- Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil, Building, Structural or Construction Management from a recognized institution
- At least 3 years of working experience in construction/project management which includes structural, architectural works and Medical
- Proficiency in MS Project, Autocad, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills in managing with all levels of managements
- Well-versed with BCA and other relevant authorities’ regulations
- Possess strong leadership quality, good organizing skills, independent, responsible, analytical, and initiative
Job Description:
- Ensure compliance of drawing with regulatory specification
- Prepare and check drawings / shop drawings
- Carry out works according to design schedule such that they are completed on time and in accordance with client's specification and statutory regulations
- Attend site / TOP inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans
- To ensure projects meet customer’s quality standards
