You will be a triage specialist and involved in running a Government Vulnerability Disclosure program.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations including receiving, assessing and responding to vulnerability reports from external parties.
- Evaluate incoming vulnerability reports, prioritize it based on severity and potential impact, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Handle enquiries and disputes from agencies and escalate deviations to the manager for independent assessment.
- Coordinating testing with researchers or triagers from bug bounty platforms to conduct initial retests and perform it independently.
- Maintain detailed records of reported vulnerability, assessments, and remediation actions taken to address them.
- Identify trends in the vulnerabilities report received and suggest the amendment to the rules of engagement / programme policy appropriately.
Requirements:
- min. Diploma in any cyber security related studies
- Available to provide support for critical vulnerability report whenever is needed
- Passionate into cyber security knowledge
