Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Prepare and producing a variety of desserts such as cakes and drinks.
- Planning and tracking production inventory and movement.
- Upholding food quality and kitchen hygiene standards at all times
- Complying with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the pastry kitchen
- Maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of kitchen equipment and work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in the related field.
- Able to understand English and Mandarin.
- Has strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and possess creativity.
- Possess Food and Hygiene certificate.
