Responsibilities: As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our user base by engaging with prospective users through various channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential users.
- Utilizing platforms like Facebook and other social media channels for personalized outreach.
- Building and managing relationships with leads to encourage account creation on our mobile app.
- Providing information about the app's features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential users.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets for user acquisition.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of the mobile app.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for user engagement.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize outreach efforts.
- Knowledge of mobile app industry trends and competitor landscape.
Qualifications:
