Responsibilities:
- Perform inbound and outbound transactions
- Ensure order fulfilment accuracy and on-time processing
- Perform data entries and maintain / monitor stock inventory
- Coordinate between customers and internal / external warehouse to fulfill customers' requirements
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams handling procurement and supply chain management for all receipt, delivery and collection activities
- Review and maintain departmental key performance indicators, analyse performance gaps and suggest measures to close the gaps
- Attend to the user's needs with product related and delivery related activities
- Perform ad-hoc deliveries and other related duties to ensure operation excellence
- Support in ad-hoc activities, e.g product recall and returns, stocktake and other cross development requirements

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Candidate with 1-3 years of experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Familiar with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
