JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execution of the project involving coordination, design review, scheduling, quality assurance, budget control, cash flow, safety, resource deployment.
- Correspondence with end users, consultant and vendors on execution, solving problems, financial and contractual matters.
- Design review with technical team on the P&ID, plant layout, equipment selection, technical specifications, accessibility and constructible.
- Establishing quality plan, ITP with the quality assurance team.
- Evaluating with the procurement team on the RFQ, vendor selection, commercial terms and conditions.
- Testing and commission, clearing punch list, training, closing up the project.
- Reporting on the progress of the project schedule, budget, challenges and solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time & budget and project closure
- Strong in contractual management, written correspondence and reporting
- Hands on experience of executing, testing and commissioning of plants
- At least 10 years relevant experience in leading a team successfully in project management in water treatment projects or similiar industrial plants
