Admin and Sales Assistant

The Admin and Sales Assistant does administrative duties to help the department. He/She prepares sales-related documents during the sales process, gathers materials and sets up information kits. The Admin and Sales Assistant keeps a record of sales that have met targets, and renews sales contracts. He/She also makes sales enhancement plans with the sales team’s help. He/She prepares monthly sales reports and submits them to the department. This helps them track the progress of sales activities.

He/She keeps up to date on market trends. He/She keeps in touch with clients to understand their needs, and provides details on packages and products. He/She has to follow the quality assurance expectations and standards set by the product. He/She also needs to answer the clients’ enquiries promptly via phone and emails.

  • Candidate must possess at least ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree
  • Required language(s): English
  • Min 1 year related work experience required. Fresh grad welcome to apply.
  • Required Skill(s): Excel, Words, Outlook, PSOFT/UBS/SAGE, Photoshop
