Description
- Handle General HR activities such as Office Management, Recruitment and other Human Resource related activities
- Setting up of workstations & PC equipments for new employees before their onboarding
- Troubleshooting and assisting employees with technical/network related issues
- Interview scheduling for HR team and hiring managers
- Prepare and draft relevant HR letters/documents/certificates
- Perform Onboarding of new employees and exit clearance procedure for resignees
- Maintain good documentation practice and records
- Training will be provided
- Other admin ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- People oriented character with excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and written
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and as a team
- Ability to provide PC technical/network support to employees
