Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and committed HR Executive who have good payroll experience. The incumbent is responsible for all payroll matters for the Singapore entities. Apart from payroll, you may be tasked to assist in other areas in the HR Department.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full spectrum of the payroll function, ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness
• Engage and provide sound advice to employees on all payroll-related matters which include payroll-related issues.
• Prepare necessary HR or payroll reports as required
• Ensure conformance to all relevant statutory and employment law requirements
• Any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma in human resource or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in processing payroll
• Demonstrated competence in handling full spectrum of payroll work
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Knowledge: Good understanding of Employment Act and Manpower Laws
• Problem-solving: You must be comfortable working with business leaders and managers to address payroll issues
• Intellectual curiosity and empathy: you must have a desire to learn all aspects of the business
• Systems: Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors or payroll processing
• Can-Do Attitude: You are confident and willing to deal with problems or new tasks
