1. Well verse with Microsoft Office
2. Able to do simple CAD drawings/ amendment
3. Prepare construction documents (MSRA, ITP etc)
4. Understand construction activities
5. Manage a small team of work force at site
6. Resolve all technical matter with client/ consultant
7. Arrange work with subcon & receive instruction from site manager
