Responsibilities:
- Deliver advisory and consultancy to SNEF Members on human resource and industrial relations matters based on prevailing employment laws, tripartite guidelines and responsible practices.
- Facilitate and lead discussions, workshops, and seminars on human resource and industrial relations matters.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships through effective communication, negotiation and resolution.
- Collect and synthesize requisite information for analysis of human resource, industrial relations and business issues for national and/or sectoral level discussions.
- Implement human resource and/or industrial relations projects in accordance with agreed project plan and deliverables. Monitor and control the process to ensure timely and satisfactory closure.
- Optimise efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery, while keeping compliance with prevailing standard operating procedures e.g. documentation trail, personal data protection.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of recent and relevant work experience
- Knowledge in Labour Management Relations, Conduct and Behavioural Management, Employee Communications, Relationship, and Engagement Management, Human Resource Policies and Legislation Framework Management, Learning Experience Delivery and Group Dynamics Facilitation, Compensation and Benefits Management, Performance Management, Business and Financial Acumen.
- Critical core skills under the SkillsFuture Singapore Framework comprising "Thinking Critically", "Interacting with others" and "Staying Relevant"
