Restaurant Manager
- Manage and oversee the daily operations and compliance to the standard policies and procedures.
- Weekly schedule planning
- Analyze monthly profit & loss statements to ascertain that all costs are in line.
- Establish good rapport with the guests and handle all guests feedback, requests and enquiries promptly.
- Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staff and help them to develop to their maximum potential.
- Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service
- Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviours of the team.
- Compliance with the Halal requirements.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
