Role: Unix/Linux Engineer
- Required skill: Experience in managing RHEL system.
- Linux - NMS,
- HPUX/Linux - VCC, and
- Genesys - Digital call centre (DCC)
- Implement, administer, and troubleshoot RHEL systems.
- Keep OS, databases, and software updates current across all servers.
- Maintain operational & configuration document up to date.
- Perform periodic performance reporting.
- Perform disaster recovery operations when required.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues.
- Review security vulnerability report and remediate.
