Responsibilities:
- Work at the heart of our Ready-Mixed Concrete operations: In our world-class Innovation Centre, Command Centre and/ or island-wide batching plants
- Conduct regular in-house testing to monitor concrete raw materials and product performance, in accordance with international test standards and specifications
- Assist in all measures related to product quality control
- Liaise with customers to ensure deliveries are arranged accurately and production targets are meet
- Perform quality control works at both batching plants and on site
- Educate staff and drivers on the importance of good quality control for concrete
- Other ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply
- Familiar with the fundamentals of concrete properties, admixture technologies and applications
- Familiar with SSEN, ACI, ASTM, and BS/ EN standards or specifications for Civil
- Engineering and concrete
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Able to work independently with a positive attitude to deliver within tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
