Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
- To interface and coordinate with various system wide and civil contractor on E&M matters.
- To work and coordination with design team for all installation and system requirement
- matters.
- Update to the project management team on design installation, logistic and daily progress
- matters.
- To attend E&M interface coordination meeting on CSD/CCSM
- Review system /architectural plan drawing
- Supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation in construction
- environment (site work)
- Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure
- that it is in order for submission
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience after tertiary education in relevant field in the construction supervision of E&M building services works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
