Job Responsibilities:
- Timely acquire reconciliation statements from various channels and perform verification, follow up on discrepancies, and address issues accordingly;
- Responsible for channel settlement, invoice processing, and accounting reconciliation for various channels;
- Track the progress of receivables and continuously follow up on outstanding balances;
- Assist finance business partners and channel operations in analyzing various indicators such as channel rates, and conduct regular reviews of channels;
- Assist finance business partners in preparing settlement cycle reports, promptly identify issues, and make improvements;
- Continuously streamline and plan financial backend and settlement processes according to changes in business models.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, management or any related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in settlement management is preferred;
- Strong communication skills;
- Proficient in English and Chinese, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing as this role requires interacting with Chinese stakeholders;
- Familiar with the use of office software such as Excel, PPT; proficiency in BI, SQL, VBA, and other data analysis tools is preferred.
