Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Configure and maintain container orchestration platforms using Hashicorp Nomad, Helm and Kubernetes for deploying and scaling applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Develop and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in DevOps and cloud computing.
- Demonstrates strong security practices and familiar with the use of common Key Management Services, such as Hashicorp Vault or GCP/AWS/Azure KMS or doppler.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience working in a DevOps or similar role.
- You will have a specific advantage if you possess Hashicorp Cloud Engineer certifications and/or Linux Foundation (Kubernetes) related certifications.
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud computing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- This is a 100% in-office position. The successful candidate must be available to work from our corporate office during regular business hours.
