- Perform Account Receivable & Account Payable.
- Manage daily transaction, cashbook, bankbook, petty cash.
- Prepare invoices and Credit Notes.
- Liaise with clients & suppliers on payment matters.
- Submission of CPF, GST, IR21 & IR8A.
- Liaise with Account Manager on the accounting matters.
- Manage Work Permit application, renewal and cancellation.
- Prepare monthly timesheet calculation and salary.
- Perform other administration duties and ad hoc.
