About the job
- Implementing and execute credit control strategies
- Rectify discrepancies in account statements and payments to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain positive relationships with brokers and clients, oversee timely payments, and address delays promptly.
- Generate credit control reports based on Manager's parameters.
- Keep records of credit activities, minimise late payments, and negotiate payment plans.
- Produce regular reports on accounts receivable, collections, and credit risk.
Skills and experience required
- At least 3-5 years in a credit control role, ideally in the insurance industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- In order to succeed, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You should be meticulous, deadline-oriented, and be a team player
