The Right Profile
The Wealth Advisor is an important role of the company as he/she is responsible for giving clients wealth planning and investment advice via our wealthtech platform.
Responsibilities
- Implement strategies and sales processes to identify, target and acquire clients across wealth spectrums
- Conduct goal based financial planning sessions for clients by analysing their financial statuses (e.g. income, expenses and liabilities), identifying needs & investment gaps and providing sound advice to grow their wealth
- Provide market color, advice clients on asset allocation using in-house proprietary tools and develop investment proposals / strategies to help clients implement their plans
- Deliver advice at scale using digital tools such as short video formats, webinars, blog articles and community engagement channels
- Engage in business development activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, proposal writing and meetings
- Work cross-functionally with the product/marketing teams to scope and drive initiatives that enhance the financial journeys of our clients and guide them to invest more confidently leading to growing wallet share
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree with solid experience in customer experience/ banking industry
- CFP / CFA qualification preferred
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Strong understanding of tech start-ups and financial markets

- Proven sales track record, results driven, persistent and good time management skills
- Strong investment acumen, deep passion for financial markets with an effective combination of analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop deep client relationships with holistic advisory leading to growing wallet share
- Strong communication and presentation skills to consistently influence and win business
- An excellent understanding of financial planning, wealth management and understanding client needs
