PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Patient Service Officer is primarily responsible to assist lactation consultants for booking appointments, answering phone calls, selling products, compile data for presentation and promote Parentcraft services. She is also responsible for the coordination and involved in promotion of the Parentcraft courses, workshops, Parentcraft related webinar and public events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent
- At least 2 years in customer service-related field, preferably in Healthcare
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to work on a 5.5-day work week
