Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers
- Prepare quotations, follow up and perform order-processing
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Working with a team and achieving the desired results
- Attend site meetings, customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
- Collaborate with fellow colleague for technical support
- Coordinating with operation team to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders
Requirements
- Singapore class 3 license (will provide vehicle if needed)
- Able to commit to 5.5 days workweek (Alternate Saturday 8.30-1pm)
- With Mechanical / Fabrication knowledge.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience is required. On-the-job Training will be provided
- Entry level candidates from ITE/Polytechnics are welcome to apply
- Self-disciplined to complete tasks assigned within deadlines
