Assistant Accounts Manager

Richfield Marine Agencies (s) Pte Ltd

  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Responsible for daily finance operations such as AR, AP, payments, receipts etc.
  • Prepare monthly disbursements, bank reconciliation, GST submission etc
  • Ensure timely & accurate month end closing and financial reporting to Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Accounting Software (ABSS)
  • Maintain good documentation and filing system.
  • Coordinate with auditors on audit matters for year-end audit and financial reports.
  • Good communication skills for both written and spoken English
  • Positive can-do attitude, courteous, friendly and responsible.
