Job Requirements:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Science in Architecture.
· At least 5 years of project management and site experience in building and construction, civil and structural projects.
· Working experience in Residential, Commercial & Mixed Development projects
· Working experience with A1/A2 main-contractors an advantages.
· Good technical knowledge of local code & regulation.
Job Scope.
· Review & update architectural shop drawing, solving technical issues.
· Prepare work schedule, materials and inspection of works.
· Meeting, Site Supervision & coordination with sub-contractors, consultants and other trades.
· Prepare shop drawing for construction.
· Prepare As-built drawing for submission, Authority compliance, documents and approval
· Submission & approval of materials and finishes to Consultants.
· Report & monitor construction progress.
· Top/CSC compliance documentation/ Inspection
