Job Summary:
The Associate General Manager will assist the Director and Senior Management Team in overseeing daily operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and strategic vision to ensure the company's success and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring efficiency productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the Director and Senior Management team to develop strategic plans, business objectives, and growth initiatives aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion and market differentiation.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to department heads and staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Identify training and development needs, implement employee development programs, and facilitate performance management processes.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer service and support.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Financial Management:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- 3 years of progressive experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
