Key Job Purpose:
The Manager, Business Administration and Planning will manage the project based matters which requires approval from Head Office (Japan) and the Senior Management team in Sysmex Asia Pacific Pte Ltd and is responsible for the enhancement of the governance framework (Risk management, Compliance system) with the relevant department and within the Asia Pacific region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Consider and propose the direction for the mid-term and annual plan with the target and key performance indicator in place.
- Enhance and update the regional management system and related issues.
- Conduct channel review and develop business plan.
- Manage the risk register on regular basis by monitoring and checking on the implementation of the measures.
- Enhance compliance and mitigate compliance risk.
- Plan and lead the project when new reportable challenges or issues occur (eg. post merger & acquisition, new facility investment).
- Prepare the plan and report on regular basis to Head Office (Japan).
- Any other special projects and duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor degree or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years and above experience working with senior management team on development of business plan and proposed direction of mid-term and annual plan.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is required
- Experience of the complex international project-based job with a big budget.
- Experience in project management.
- Business experience in the IVD industry.
- Essential knowledge of management method.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
