The Role Responsibilities

Job Role

· Contribute to overall WM client and frontline experience by problem solving issues and seeing solutions through for what impacts client output (portfolio performance statements) and automated suitability checks within the WM toolkit platforms (Temenos wealth suite).

· Propose the action plan needed to get to the outcome / resolution of an initiative / issue. Follow up and drive the various parts of the plan through to fruition, including being responsible for execution of the plan.

· Lead the detailed requirement analysis so that the delivery squads can write the code easily - this includes data mapping, business rules, how to use the core feature of TAP, validating TAP system structure against business requirements, UI changes, etc.

· Propose processes required to ensure key business outcomes are met.

· Lead the squads through business and technical solutioning, coming up with detailed business requirements in consultation with the business representatives from countries and functions.

Strategy

· Embedded within a Toolkit squad (working on digital technology deliveries) as part of Wealth management - Wealth Journeys.

· Work in an agile fashion and closely with Toolkit squads, data management teams and other teams within the bank across a range of initiatives aligned to overall Wealth Management strategy.

· Responsible to drive development of Wealth Management Strategy to review market data cost efficiencies through negotiations with Market Data providers.

Business

· Accountable to maximise the business value of the product.

· Responsible to create, maintain and communicate the vision, road map and backlog priorities regularly throughout the initiative’s lifecycle, ensuring that delivery team members clearly understand items in the Product Backlog, clarifying requirements on behalf of end users where required.

· Responsible to define sprints goals aligned to Hive Objective and Key results – which should drive the priorities for experiments and user stories based upon business value and risks.

· Accountable and responsible to create user stories in Product Backlog with clear acceptance criteria.

Processes

· Improve RM productivity in the Sales process across end-to-end client journeys, in partnership with Affluent Segment, Wealth Management Product teams, WM COO and Technology leadership.

· Responsible to provide a holistic solution to RMs and clients for overall sales process in consultation with other product owners in Advisory and Client Engagement Tribe.

· Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

· Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

Key Stakeholders

· Responsible to engage Hive Leadership and business stakeholders (Affluent Segment, Wealth Management, Advisory and Managed Investments, Capital Markets & Products, Digital Solutions, COO, Compliance, Risk etc) to provide feedback on progress, align product expectations and resolve issues.

Our Ideal Candidate

· 10+ years of experience in wealth management or private banking in similar role.

· Sound knowledge of Wealth Management products, processes and systems.

· Strong understanding of WM advisory frameworks, key risks, WM governance related matters.

· Strong ability to deal with organisational complexity and stakeholder management at multiple levels spanning group, regions and country.

· Strong record of execution abilities and taking ownership for deliverables.
