We are looking for an experienced Sales and Accounts Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the leads and client accounts, creating proposals and budgets, planning event concepts for clients, and closing deals.
For this position, you should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Sales and Accounts Manager at Get Out!, you should also use your communication skills to manage and service different client accounts and portfolios. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
★ Identify lead opportunities and scope out the clients' requirements
★ Preparation of budget and proposals
★ Represent our brand in a professional, successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience
★ Maintain or surpass sales quota expectations
★ Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues
★ Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects
★ Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
★ Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
★ Highlight potential risks and practice transparency with industry best practice
★ Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
Requirements:
★ Min. 3 years of proven work experience as a Sales and Accounts Manager
★ Customer-focused with good attention to detail
★ Communication and team management skills
★ Comfortable with working on weekends (when required)
★ Creative and to be able to take the initiative
★ Friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
★ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and creative skills to solve problems with limited resources
★ An ability to seek information beyond what is plainly presented to you, with an aim to understand company goals & actively find ways to be helpful in executing these goals

★ Familiarity with Asana, Gcal, Zoom and Gmeet is a plus!
