We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Business and Management for both Bachelor's and Master's Degree Programmes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaching & Learning:
- Serve as Programme Leader and Module Leader as assigned.
- Manage a team of associate lecturers, including induction, observations, and development seminars.
- Design and develop curriculum and course materials.
- Ensure assessments align with learning outcomes and conduct internal moderation.
- Supervise student projects and facilitate classes.
- Engage in student development and support.
Research & Knowledge Exchange:
- Utilize research skills and familiarity with relevant software.
- Contribute to knowledge exchange within the field.
Teamworking:
- Review and approve teaching assignments.
- Promote programmes and innovative approaches to activities.
- Attend department and programme meetings.
Miscellaneous Duties:
- Fulfill administrative duties/projects as assigned.
- Participate in school events and projects.
Requirements:
- PhD Holder with at least a pass at GCE 'O' level or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Experience in module/programme leadership within higher education.
- Proficiency in various business disciplines.
- Professional certifications and teaching qualifications are advantageous.
- Willing to work flexible hours (based on lesson schedule).
