Shipping Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. To co-ordinate with production to plan shipment to customers
2. To liaise with shipping companies and customers on delivery arrangements
3. Any other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1~2 years experience
2. Relevant Diploma or equivalent
3. Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills and matured personality
4. Ability to deal with forwarders and familiar with shipment procedures
5. Good in Word and Excel
6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associate
7. Singaporeans and SPR only
8. Fresh school leavers may apply

• Five working days from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm
• Take bus number 79 or 246 from Boon Lay MRT (10 minutes bus journey)
