Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team in the administrative duties.
- Provide clerical support in matters relating to the preparation of letters, correspondences, quotations, proposals and minutes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Disseminate events related information to other departments.
- Generate sales reports for management reporting.
- Assist with all in-house sales related activities, sales calls, site inspections.
- Monitor and maintain materials of usage.
- All other related matters as and when required by the Manager.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role preferred
- Team player & good organizational skills
- Resourceful with good attention to details
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft words and Excel
