Job Description:
Experience in ServiceNow - 4 to 7 years
Experience in OPS & ITSM .
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
1. Operations Support
• Be responsible for Operations of our ServiceNow Platforms, accordingly to our global operation rules / processes: This includes: Incident management, Platform Upgrades, Release Mgmt, Health checks, Security Checks, ..
• Ensure proper Platform Administration and admin requests OLA fulfillment.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and errors within the ServiceNow platform.
• Weekly report to our Global Operation Group leader.
2. Contribution to SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) activities:
• Contribute within the Global Operation team to SRE activities, aiming at improving operations effectiveness, and improvement of monitoring, automation of operations and admin tasks,
• Contribute to Definition and Documentation of processes or how-To as knowledge base articles.
3. Project involvement
• Actively participate in ServiceNow implementation and integration projects.
• Contribute to the testing and quality assurance processing during project rollouts.
4. Training
• Conduct regular training sessions for employees and contractors.
• Maintaining knowledge base articles for end users.
5. RampUp:
• Ramp Up Knowledge in ServiceNow Platform technology
This is one year renewable contract
