2. Understanding of physical or virtual command centre pre-prepared facility
used to provide centralized command and control by the Crisis Management
and Crisis Communication Team during a disaster or crisis.
3. Understanding the benefits of the command centre and strengthening security
Identified incident, remotely visualised critical area(s) and their surroundings
from the command centre and how to broadcast emergency messages or
notifications (such as alarms) to ensure the safety of people and property
4. Equipment for data virtualization and processing Understanding software like
VMS (Video Management System) or SCADA business software.
5. Video Analytics(Video surveillance, intelligent video, smart video, video motion
detection)
6. Emerging Technology (Capabilities in any one of the digital components,
Internet, or telecommunications)
Job scope:
1. Co-ordinating with technologies and manpower on the client site and
command centre
2. Presenting complete workflow to the client
3. Create SOP based on the technology and manpower required by the site
4. Able to prepare, and submit tenders and contract documents based on the
OBC(Outcome-based Contract) Model.
5. Able to improve the workflow and processes in the command centre

This position is a MID-CAREER PATHWAYS PROGRAMME for six months aged above 40 years willing to change their career pathway.
Upon successful programme completion candidates will be considered for full-time positions depending on their performance
