Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage event bookings and enquiries, and event execution such as birthday parties, school visits, stage performances and playground activities.
- Create engaging and fun content for events and activities.
- Manage inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are available for events and activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
- Support special tasks and events occasionally.

- You must have proven experience in event planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- You are a team player, and always put customer’s and company's interest first
- You are a motivated individual who like to explore new things and learn new skills
- You are able to perform shift, and commit during peak period (i.e. School Holiday, Weekends, Public Holiday) with long hours of standing/walking
Qualifications Requirements:
- You have at least GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate
