Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage duty roster, cleaning schedule & plan for equipment upkeep.
2. Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & their meal-time arrangement.
3. Manage service crew’s performance, develop training plan to ensure service excellent.
4. Maintain floor order and manage customer traffic.
5. Oversee and streamline all workflow, provide superior with feedback & suggestion to improve productivity.
6. Attend and resolve customer problems, complaints, and service requests.
7. Look after playground safeness and handle all accident and emergency issues.
8. Undertake & execute special project assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in hospitality or guest-oriented job in front-line capacity.
2. Experienced in a supervisory role within the childcare, recreational, or entertainment industry is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
4. Able to perform shift schedules and commit during peak periods (i.e. School Holiday, Weekends, Public Holiday) with long hours of standing/walking.
5. Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.
7. Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
Qualifications Requirements:
1. Higher Diploma or above in Tourism and Hospitality or related disciplines.
