Job Summary:
We are hiring various BIM personnel roles (BIM Modelers, BIM Coordinators, and BIM Managers) to coordinate construction drawings, develop BIM standards, and oversee BIM projects. The successful candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience, proficiency in Autocad, BIM, Revit (Architecture), and Navisworks, and good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- BIM Modelers create 3D models, ensure compliance with BIM standards, and collaborate with clients and team members.
- BIM Coordinators implement BIM processes and standards, create BIM execution plans, perform BIM Quality checks and manage BIM projects.
- BIM Managers lead and manage BIM projects, enforce BIM standards, perform BIM quality checks, advice on BIM legal and contractual issues, strategize and propose organization BIM process and provide training and support to team members.
Job Requirements:
- BIM Modelers need 1-2 years of experience in BIM modeling and collaboration, proficiency in relevant software, and good communication and teamwork skills.
- BIM Coordinators need 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling and collaboration, certification in BIM modeling and management, proficiency in relevant software, and good communication and teamwork skills.
- BIM Managers need at least 6-8 years of experience in BIM modeling and collaboration, certification in BIM modeling and management, proficiency in relevant software, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Candidates with BCAA Specialist Diploma and Certification in VDC/IDD highly preferred.
