RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you an industry trailblazer driven by innovation and growth? We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented leader to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll champion the expansion of our show portfolio, curate captivating new experiences, and unlock exciting business opportunities, all while delivering an exceptional customer journey.
- Strategic and creative mindset to develop, implement and drive strategic sales plans and profit growth of Consumer Events
- Identify emerging trends and curate innovative show concepts that captivate audiences and tap into new markets.
- Take effective actions to achieve sales revenue and optimize business opportunities.
- Manage and monitor the sales and marketing operating budgets and expenses.
- Evaluate the market's main competitors and identify trends.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners and network business.
- Oversee daily sales operations to ensure the most cost efficient yet impactful customer interaction to driven scalable growth.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports.
- Build, drive and ensure constantly improving sustainable client relationships with important key accounts.
- Ensure strong sales management along the sales process with a focus on pipeline management & best in class account development planning.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 5 years in people management.
- Experience and success in managing and executing Consumer Events
- Possess strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and marketing trends.
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Possess good network and strong knowledge of the target markets will be advantageous.
- Strong project and people management experience, good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong proven analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills; able to foresee the market potential and develop strategies to grow the business.
- Highly motivated, persistent, results driven attitude and able to overcome barriers and get results through people.
- New office is set to relocate to Expo in Q2/Q3 2024.
